"the story"This tells a story to me because of the girl with her head in her hand, writing her assignment, with people behind her in blurred action. The story is she is overwhelmed by school because everything is "whizzing by her." That's just what I got from it.
"action and emotion"
This picture shows the most action because... there's a huge ball of fire. The look on the guys face who's holding the lighter is one of awe.
"filling the frame"
This picture fills the frame the best because the trumpet players face fills up the background, and her fingers and the trumpet valves fill up the foreground. There's not a spot in the picture that doesn't have to do with the subject : the trumpet and its player.
